Quick, safe and affordable. Don’t exchange without one!

Our Phantom 4 Pro drone can provide our clients with Ultra HD 4K video and 20 mb photographs of their buildings and roofs at a fraction of the cost of a physical inspection using a crane or scaffolding.

Our Phantom 4 Pro aerial surveys soar over our competition thanks to its cutting edge new sensor offering up to 400% more resolution than older drones.  These Ultra HD videos are also shot in 60 frames per second providing detailed views of the building’s structure and the ability to slow and pause the footage for further analysis.

Aerial Drone Surveys are quick and cost effective, requiring no large equipment (cranes, scaffold,  etc) and usually can be completed in under 2 hours.

After an aerial drone survey you will be provided with the footage on a drive to inspect with your consultants or clients. In addition we will upload a password protected 4K version to share or review online at anytime.

Expert condition reports can be compiled by a RICS licensed surveyor if required. In South Wales we recommend http://www.lapider.co.uk

Cost effective and a great negotiating tool.

Even with scaffolding, the builder couldn’t see behind the chimney.

When buying a property, we all hire a surveyor to assess the state of the property. Armed with a tall ladder and a pair of binoculars, we trust his or her expert opinion to alert us to any possible issues. Issues that might mean expensive repairs.

But as anyone who has bought a property in the UK knows, this method can only see a fraction of the exposed roof.  Thus leaving your already stretched budget even more at risk.

That is were an Aerial Survey by Drone-Op.com comes in. We can spot issues before you exchange contracts.

Armed with 4k Ultra HD evidence, you can negotiate a lower price for your property to cover the expected repairs.

The average survey costs approximately £1,000.00.

For as little as an extra £150.00 you could have piece of mind that your property is safe and sound.

The ROI on this small investment could actually lead to thousands of pounds coming off the asking price.

Find problems before you exchange.

Common problems identified by an aerial drone survey:

  • Slipped or missing roof tiles
  • Crumbling concrete / lime on chimneys
  • Gull nests and other pests / infestations
  • Cracked, blocked or missing guttering
  • Poor felt condition
  • Leaking or damaged beadwork

Due to the peaked nature of many UK Roofs, often these issues would never be spotted until water started penetrating the building.

Stop them before they become costly and hopefully spot them before your sale closes.
